Clint has been amazing from day one. He showed me around a dream home and negotiated the various details and options of buying it. When changes in my life made that impossible, he pivoted HARD and started finding places that worked for my new needs. Ultimately, he helped sell my condo, buy my new home, and he's now helping my mother sell her house. Clint's great skill is making human connections, finding what they need, and using his incredible network of connections to get customers what they need. He has been so responsive that both my mother and I have worried for his health! Still, he has provided service and assistance with an incredibly approachable and helpful attitude even when I have been completely on edge with the stresses and pressures of buying, selling, moving, work, health, and the messiness of life in general. Do I recommend Clint? The fact that I wanted him to work with my mother should say enough. Though I hope never to do this again, if I ever do, I will absolutely look Clint up.

As first time home buyers, we were very particular on who we wanted to work with. Clint provided guidance and support as we started to explore different neighborhoods and offered his honest opinion based on our home buying goals. Ultimately, we found the perfect house and he helped us tour it right after it was listed (at 8p in the middle of the week!) so that we were ready to offer the next morning! Because of his ability to negotiate we were able to scoop the home up at list price even though there were several other parties interested.
